Maintain a morning ritual: Starting with waking up early. Early to bed, early to rise makes a person healthy. It is essential to stick to a schedule to help promote well-being.

Wake up to a glass of water. This is boost your metabolism and keeps your digestive system on point.

Also, emphasise on heavy nutritious breakfast meal. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It provides you energy for the entire day and promotes wellness. Previous studies have shown that people who miss breakfast are at higher risk of health issues.

Physical exercise: Regular physical activities help reduce incidence of several chronic infections. Research have proved that even intense exercising for 30 minutes can help reduce prevalence of diseases.

Eating habits:Along with exercising, it is crucial that you eat healthy everyday. This does not mean you cannot have your favourite snack at all. But you must know what you eat.

Follow a practice to check nutritional value of every package you buy from the mart. After looking and analysing the nutrition that product provides, you are free to buy it.

Try to avoid eating processed foods. They have very less nutritional value but give you unhealthy fat and cholesterol.

Sleeping schedule: Binge watching movies late at night might seem like a plan because the next day is an holiday. But hampering your sleep schedule and sleeping less than six hours lead to several health problems. Sleep has a direct imapct on your physical, mental and emotional well-being.

Limit screen time:In the world of digitalisation, it is very difficult to limit screen time. But the best practice is when you spend 8-9 hours in front of your screens, either at workspace or at school, you must switch the screens off for the rest of your day.

Scrolling social media for hours does not help in any way. Hence, to stay healthy, it is essential that you must limit screen time.
