Every state must be developed to build Viksit Bharat: PM Narendra Modi

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday said to build ‘Viksit Bharat’, every state of the country needs to be developed. During his interview with a private news channel on Sunday, the Prime Minister also said that the alliance between BJP and other parties in NDA is very strong. Pointing out that injustice has been done to the great heritage of Tamil Nadu, the Prime Minister said that even though the country has the world’s oldest language in Tamil, people don’t show any pride in it. The praise of this rich heritage must be spread all over the world, he added.

Viksit Bharat’ means that every corner of the country should develop. To build a Viksit Bharat, we first need to develop each state. I believe that Tamil Nadu has the potential to become the driving force behind our dream of Viksit Bharat.

Only a few people are aware that the initial moments of our independence are connected to the sacred Sengol. It was a symbol of the regime change. I had decided that in the new Parliament, Sengol would inspire us. be merely an ornament kept on the shelf, but will also be honoured as it rightly deserves. It was presented before President Droupadi Murmu during her address.
Just because I am a politician does not mean I work only to win elections. Tamil Nadu has huge potential which must not be wasted. If merely winning elections was my goal, I would not have worked for the development of the northeast. I have visited northeastern states more than all of the former Prime Ministers put together.
