Why the attack toll staff attacked?

On April 1 this year, the contract of the toll plaza between Jhansi and Gwalior changed hands and was given to a new contractor. It is alleged that some locals had an arrangement with the former contractor, allowing their vehicles to clear through the toll plaza without making a payment.

However, the new contractor refused to allow local to pass through without making the toll payment. And this led to the whole attack that led to the tragic incident on Tuesday night. Meanwhile, police have filed a case against the unidentified men and initiated a probe.
