Yorkshire: People cannot be around their newborn babies all the time, especially if you are working parents or are looking to habituate your baby of sleeping alone early on. This is where baby monitors come handy. The baby monitors, rightfully as the name suggests, monitor your baby when you are nit around. This lets you know about any activity that might have taken place in your baby’s room – right from if the baby wakes up to worst case scenarios involving someone entering the baby’s room uninvited or to cause harm.
One such incident involving baby monitors has come up on the internet. A man named William Grave shared that when he was checking his son’s baby monitor, he saw something unusual – a woman’s ‘ghost-like’ hand stretching out towards the baby and reaching out for the baby’s toy. The incident was captured by the baby monitor at 6:50 am.
‘Ghost arm’ on baby monitor
Grave said that he and his wife did not go into the baby’s room till 8:24 am because that is when the baby woke up, according to the baby monitor. Grave said that he kept pestering his wife about the movement that he had seen on the baby monitor. He suspected that it could very simply be his wife’s hand only. However, when his wife noticed that the arm did not have a Pandora bracelet like she does, it became clear that the arm was not hers.
‘It would be lovely to think it was my mum’
Grave said that the hand could be of a woman who his wife, his brother and his friends have earlier claimed to have seen around. However, he also added that it would be lovely to have a deceased relative come back to watch over their son. “It would be lovely to think it was my mum but I don’t know who it is. I just know it is not me or my wife,” Grave said.
