Pant achieved the incredible feat in Match 9 of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 against Rajasthan Royals (RR) at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur.

Pant’s recovery journey has been nothing short of remarkable. He underwent multiple surgeries and intense rehab to get his life back on track. Though his first outing with the bat lasted just 13 balls which yielded 18 runs.

Pant will look to make amends in his milestone match and hopes his contribution opens the Capitals’ account in IPL 2024.

The DC skipper overtook Amit Mishra’s previous best tally of 99 matches. Pant was presented with a special cap before the match.
