1 minute Spot running: Stand in one spot and mimic running movements, lifting your knees high and pumping your arms, as if you were running but without moving forward.
Jumping Jacks: Start by standing with your feet together and arms at your sides. Jump up while simultaneously spreading your legs shoulder-width apart and raising your arms above your head. Return to the starting position by jumping back to the initial stance. Do this for at least 100 times while taking rest in between if required.
Scissor jacks: Begin by standing straight with your feet together. Jump up and simultaneously spread your legs apart horizontally while crossing your arms in front of your chest. Return to the starting position by jumping back to the initial position. Do this for at least 100 times while taking rest in between if required.
Squats: Start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart. Lower your body by bending your knees and pushing your hips back as if you’re sitting into an imaginary chair. Keep your chest up and your back straight. Return to the starting position by pushing through your heels and straightening your legs. Do this 25 times and repeat 3 times.
Scatter Toe touch: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Bend at the waist and reach down with one hand to touch the toes of the opposite foot. Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side. Aim to do 10-15 repetitions on each side and repeat for 3 times.
