Served with fries and made with processed meat, it is a ham patty, often oozing with cheese or topped with a few slices of tomatoes onions, and lettuce. But the fact remains that hamburgers are everything unhealthy. In an interaction with News9Live, Dr. Shweta Jaiswal, Senior Dietician, Sharda Hospital, listed the many side effects of eating hamburgers.
