Such a case of a mother-in-law thinking for her daughter-in-law has gone viral on social media.

Mother-in-law hires crane

A mother-in-law in China went an extra mile for her daughter-in-law after the latter’s delivery. After the woman’s daughter-in-law delivered a baby and returned home, she was met with another challenge – their building had no lift and the woman would have had to climb up seven floors. But the mother-in-law decided to come to her rescue and adopted a unique idea – she hired a crane. Yes, that’s right!

The woman was concerned about her daughter-in-law’s recovery since she had just undergone a caesarean delivery for her baby and thought the absence of an elevator in their seventh-floor building to be an obstacle that the daughter-in0law shouldn’t have to face.

After a crane arrived on the scene, a crane worker helped the daughter-in-law to get on a platform. Then the crane transported them to the balcony of her house. The mother-in-law also spoke about having a grandbaby and expressed her happiness over the same. “I am delighted to have a grandson. My daughter-in-law is discharged from hospital and going home in a crane,” she said, according to media reports.

‘If we don’t take care of her, who will?’

“I’d like to make my daughter-in-law happy and help her stay healthy. I plan to spoil her as much as I can…She has married my son and she is one of our family. If we do not take care of her, who will?” the mother-in-law further said.

Well, it is quite a sweet gesture, don’t you think?
