The 17-year-old spin sensation created a new world record on her international debut with her impeccable bowling skills in the fifth T20I match against Mongolia in Bali.
Rohmalia registered figures of 7 for 0, surpassing the previous best held by Netherlands pace bowler Frederique Overdijk, who had registered figures of 7 for 3 against France in a T20 World Cup Europe Region Qualifier in 2021. With this, she became the third bowler in women’s T20Is to have claimed seven wickets in a match, Overdijk and Argentina’s Alison Stocks, who had claimed 7 for 3 against Peru.

Rohmalia dismisses 7 batters for zero
Batting first, Indonesia posted 151 for 5 with opener Ni Putu Ayu Nanda Sakarini’s sensational knock of 61 runs.
