Posted by New Delhi:Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the interview timetable for the Indian Forest Service Examination (IFS) 2023 today, March 28, 2024. Candidates who are eligible to appear for the UPSC IFS interview round can visit the official website at upsc.gov.in to check and download the interview round.
As per the timetable, the UPC IFS interview 2023 will be held from April 22 to May 1, 2024, in two sessions, morning and afternoon. The reporting time for the morning session is 9:00 am whereas for the afternoon session is 1 pm.
UPSC IFS Interview 2023: Eligible candidates
Candidates who passed the UPSC IFS mains examination are eligible for the interview round. A total of 362 candidates will be interviewed. It is to be noted that the date and time of the interview will not be changed upon request. The UPSC notification also states that candidates will be reimbursed for their travel expenses restricted to second-class train fare for appearing in the UPSC IFS interview 2023.
Candidates must submit hard copies of their tickets for the inward and outward journeys, along with the prescribed TA claim form. The TA bill forms can be found at upsc.gov.in/forms-downloads.

The UPSC IFS Main exam 2023 was held from November 26 to December 3, 2023, across various exam centres in the country. The results were declared on January 13, 2024. Candidates can visit the official website of UPSC for more information on the dates and interview process.
