INDIA Bloc finalises seat sharing deal in Bihar; Congress gets 9 seats – Details inside

New Delhi: INDIA Bloc parties on Friday finalised their seat-sharing deal in Bihar. As per the deal, RJD will contest on 26 seats, Congress on 9, while Left partners- CPI-ML has been given three seats and CPI & CPM have been allocated one seat each.

As per the agreement, Congress has been allocated following seats in Bihar:

Kishanganj
Katihar
Bhagalpur
Muzaffarpur
Samastipur (SC)
West Champaran
Patna Sahib
Sasaram (SC)
Maharajganj

CPI-ML will be contesting on the following three seats:

Aarah
Karakat
Nalanda

CPI- Begusarai

Bihar Lok Sabha Elections 2024 schedule

The Lok Sabha Elections 2024 will be held in seven across the country between April 19 and June 1. Apart from West Bengal and Uttar Pradesh, Bihar is the only state that will undergo polling in seven phases.

The results for all seven phases will be declared on June 4.
