LSG’s back-to-back win against Super Kings

LSG beat CSK by six wickets in the 39th match of the IPL 2024. Batting first, CSK skipper Ruturaj Gaikwad scored a brilliant century. His remarkable knock was laced with 12 boundaries and three maximums. Shivam Dube also played a fiery knock, he smashed 66 runs off 27 balls with seven maximums and three sixes.

Chasing the target of 211, LSG lost both the openers in the powerplay. Marcus Stoinis played a sensational knock and took his team over the line. He smacked 124 runs off 63 balls, his dazzling knock was laced with 13 boundaries and six maximums. LSG hosted CSK in Lucknow previously, where the Super Giants emerged victorious by 8 wickets.
